Shipping

All orders are subject to 1-2 working day processing time. While we always aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, please allow for delays in dispatch times during peak periods (Valentines Day, Black Friday and Christmas)

All orders are shipped fully tracked and details will be sent to you after placing your order. Remember to check your junk/spam inbox as sometimes tracking emails can end up in there.

Delays are also much more likely due to longer transit times with Royal Mail due to strikes and a higher volume of parcels within their system.

 Working Days do not include weekends and public holidays. After which the following delivery timeframes apply. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays/Public Holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimated and not always guaranteed

Returns

We want to make sure that your Remoraa product is 100% perfect, however, if something isn’t quite suitable, then we’re here to help!

Please email us at letschat@remoraajewellery.co.uk stating your order number, full name and reason for return.

Requests must be within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed excluding the shipping costs paid.

A few things to be aware of:
- All products must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.

- We cannot accept returns on earrings (unless faulty).

- Returns are processed within 10 working days of our team receiving them.

 Please note, it can sometimes take a few days for the refunded money to show in your account.
